At S.T. Dupont, we strive for perfection in every creation; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, authenticity cards, and protective films.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge service to register your return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully place the item in its original S.T. Dupont presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print and attach the pre-paid insured shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping marks are covered.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized courier location; once our artisans inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
